Drew Adderly

Chief Executive Officer

Drew Adderly has provided capital markets solutions in both minority and boutique financial firms for two decades. Mr. Adderly is the CEO of Broad Street Capital Markets which specializes in Equity and Fixed Income Trade Execution Services, Investment Banking, Advisory Services, and Real Estate Transactions.  Mr. Adderly has also established Broad Street Capital Markets as also the only minority owned HUBZone broker dealer in the country. Prior to founding Broad Street Capital Markets, he was Managing Director of Institutional Sales at Seaport Global. Drew was consistently one of the top producing institutional salespersons for the firm and provided sales coverage for the top clients at Seaport. Prior to Seaport Global, Mr. Adderly’s previous experience includes managing Wedbush Morgan Securities Institutional Sales and Trading operations in their NYC office. Mr. Adderly’s other experience included starting the institutional trading desk for Brookstreet Securities Corporation. Drew also served as Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales and Trading at Utendahl Capital Partners for several years.

Denise Brown

Director of Compliance

Denise Brown joins Broad Street Capital Markets with more than 20-year of regulatory experience and provides a wealth of regulatory guidance from her experience working for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and international exchanges.

Olivier Dupiton

Managing Director

Olivier Dupiton is responsible for the firm’s commercial real estate, renewable energy and debt raising efforts. Previously, Mr. Dupiton was a Director at Cantor Fitzgerald in the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Group where he was the head of the Agency Multifamily desk and managed both the Agency and Commercial secondary trading desks. Prior to that, he was a Director at Sandler O’Neill & Partners as the head of the Agency Multifamily and SBA trading desk. Mr. Dupiton has served as an expert witness and consultant for litigation in the area of multifamily financing. 

Bob Willis

Director

Bob Willis brings more than 25 years of experience in the institutional fixed income capital markets. Prior to joining Broad Street Capital Markets, Bob spent more than ten years involved in trading and sales of fixed income securities including municipal and corporate securities at CG Capital, Wunderlich, and Tullett Liberty Securities. Earlier in his career, he was an institutional mortgage-backed securities trader at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Saint Peter’s University.
